As the peak body the Healthcare Chaplaincy Council of Victoria Inc (HCCVI) provides quality leadership and education in the strategic development, promotion and provision of chaplaincy, pastoral care and spiritual care services throughout the state. The HCCVI seeks to support pastoral care practitioners through the development of policies, standards and guidelines.
